1. Who we are

Shatandah Bomber, doing business as CoinBag Recovery, is an asset recovery service that researches public records to identify unclaimed funds that may belong to you, helps you document your claim, and supports you through the claim or disbursement process. We are asset recovery specialists, not attorneys, and we do not provide legal advice or representation.

2. What data we collect

We collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, and the identity and property documents needed to verify and pursue your claim (government ID, proof of ownership, claim paperwork). If you register for a webinar or training, we also collect your registration details and quiz responses. If you make a purchase, we collect your payment information through our payment processor, Stripe.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to verify you are the rightful owner, prepare your claim, communicate with you about your case or training, send webinar confirmations and reminders, process payments, and keep records the law requires. We may contact you by email, phone call, SMS text message, or direct mail, depending on the consent you have given.

4. SMS and text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and check a consent box on our forms, or text our keyword RECOVERY to (609) 309-8881, we may send you text messages. There are two categories of text messages: informational texts (webinar confirmations, webinar reminders, VIP pass confirmations, up to 10 msgs/month) and promotional texts (webinars, offers, training, up to 4 msgs/month). You choose each category separately on the form. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How long we keep it

For the life of your claim plus three years, unless a longer period is required by law, then documents are deleted or destroyed. SMS consent records are retained for the duration required by applicable law.

6. Who sees it

Our staff, the court or agency receiving your claim, and service providers that help us operate (email, text messaging, e-signature, file storage, payment processing). Each is bound to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your information if no law requires us to keep it. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text, or by contacting us. Contact us at mycoinbagdigital@gmail.com or (609) 309-8881.

8. Security

Access to claim documents is limited to staff who need it, and accounts are protected with multi-factor authentication.
