1. What we do
We are asset recovery specialists. We research public records to identify unclaimed funds that may belong to you, help you document your claim, and support you through the claim or disbursement process. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or representation. You may contact the county or court directly to claim unclaimed funds yourself, for free, without our help.
2. No guarantee
We cannot guarantee that funds exist, that a claim will succeed, or on what timeline. Outcomes depend on courts, agencies, and facts we do not control.
3. Fees
Our fees are contingent on recovery: if no funds are recovered for you, you owe us nothing. The fee percentage is stated in your written fee agreement, which must comply with the fee cap in your state before it is enforceable. The state-by-state section below lists each state's fee cap where we have verified it. Where a state's fee cap is not verified yet, the fee follows that state's current law and will be disclosed to you in writing before anything is authorized.
4. Your obligations
You must provide truthful identity and ownership documents. A knowingly false claim is your responsibility, not ours.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, up to 10 msgs/month for updates and up to 4 msgs/month for promotions.

6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us. We are not liable for court decisions, agency delays, or third-party conduct.
7. No attorney-client relationship
Nothing on this site or in our materials creates an attorney-client relationship.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where your claim is filed, unless otherwise required by law. The state-by-state section below lists the states we serve.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date.

We serve the 17 states listed below. Each state has its own fee cap, filing deadline, and required clauses. Click a state to see the details we have verified.
